Enquiries and customer support
The contact form asks for your name, email address and message. We use these details to answer your request, discuss services and provide support. Providing them is necessary if you want a reply through the form. Do not include passwords, payment-card details or your full license key. The form sends an email to WebTM; its submission-recording action is disabled in WordPress.
Licenses and technical operation
License support and activation can involve your email address, license identifier, plan, status, associated website addresses and service usage. Hosting, security logs and backups may contain technical information such as IP addresses and request times. The chat illustration on the presentation pages is a product demonstration, not a live AI conversation.
Purposes and legal bases
We handle requested quotations and service enquiries to take steps at your request before a contract, and customer information to perform agreed services. We handle records required by law to meet legal obligations. Our legitimate interests include answering general business correspondence, protecting the website and troubleshooting service problems, subject to your rights.
Recipients and service providers
Information is accessible to authorised WebTM staff and relevant technical service providers as needed to operate the website and handle your request. Hosting, business email and backup services are provided through Romarg, Romania. A contact message travels through the sender’s and recipient’s email infrastructure. AI processing for a purchased WebTM AI deployment is a separate service: its providers, data flows and responsibilities must be specified with that service before activation. Online payment is not available through this website at this stage.
Retention
The retention period depends on the purpose: the handling of your enquiry and any related follow-up, the duration of an agreed customer relationship, applicable legal record-keeping requirements and the time needed to resolve disputes. Technical records and backups are subject to the operational retention settings of the relevant systems. Contact us for details about a particular record or an erasure request.
Cookies and external resources
WordPress uses cookies for authenticated administration. The presentation theme uses system fonts. Authenticated administrators may load Gravatar images through the WordPress toolbar. The WebDesignTM generator is operated separately on webdesign-tm.eu.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where consent applies, you may withdraw it. Contact office@web-tm.eu; we may need to verify your identity. You may also complain to the competent supervisory authority, including Romania’s ANSPDCP at dataprotection.ro.
