This website currently accepts enquiries rather than online orders or payments. Submitting the contact form does not create a paid subscription. Before a new order is accepted, the written offer must explain its billing period, renewal, cancellation and any applicable withdrawal or refund conditions.
Existing orders and licenses
For an existing purchase, the terms supplied with your order and applicable mandatory rights continue to apply. Contact office@web-tm.eu with your order reference or the email used for the purchase. Please explain whether you are asking to stop renewal, withdraw from an order, report a service problem or request a refund. These requests may have different consequences.
Handling your request
We will review the relevant order, service status and applicable rights before responding. This page does not impose a blanket “no refunds” rule or introduce new renewal conditions for existing customers. Keep your full license key and payment-card details private.
