web-tm.eu presents WebTM AI, AI automation and technical services. The AI website generator is operated separately on webdesign-tm.eu. These website terms do not replace or amend an existing customer agreement or license.
Enquiries and offers
Online checkout and online payment are not available on this website at this stage. A “Request plan” or Contact submission is an enquiry, not an order or payment authorisation. Before you decide to order, WebTM will provide a written offer identifying the service, price, currency, applicable taxes, billing period, activation or delivery steps, and relevant cancellation terms.
Displayed plans
Pricing shows monthly and annual options. An annual figure is the total for one year; the usage allowances shown remain monthly. Features, website allowances and agent limits depend on the plan. The written offer must identify the selected plan and billing option. Do not assume that submitting an enquiry activates a license or starts an automatically renewing subscription.
Existing customers
Keep your license key private. Use the license recovery page or contact office@web-tm.eu for activation and service questions. Your existing order and service agreement continue to govern your current license and any renewal or cancellation.
AI and customer content
AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate and should be checked before it is used for important decisions. Website owners are responsible for the content and permissions they supply. Service-specific data-processing responsibilities and integration requirements must be agreed before a deployment.

Contact office@web-tm.eu with a description of your request and your order reference, if available. Do not send payment-card details. Refer to the cancellation and refund information and the terms supplied with your order. Nothing on this website is intended to remove mandatory consumer rights.
